- Corregir la parte resolutiva de la Sentencia C-1175 de 2004, indicando que la decision de esta Corte se refiere al Decreto 2055 de 1970. Por lo tanto, en lo sucesivo, dicha parte resolutiva quedara asi:
- Declarar INEXEQUIBLES la expresion: "y un representante de la curia Arquidiocesana de Bogota" contenida en el articulo 152 del Codigo Nacional de Policia (Decreto 1355 de 1970, modificado por el articulo 2 del Decreto 2055 de 1970); y la expresion "excepto el representante de la Curia, que sera designado por el arzobispado" contenida en el articulo 153 del Codigo Nacional de Policia (Decreto 1355 de 1970, modificado por el articulo 3 del Decreto 2055 de 1970).
